Pull up a chair, this is a long story of multiple fails. My guest and I ordered a turkey burger (no cheese)fries, and Buffalo... wings with blue cheese, and fries. Was told it would take 10 min for wings,no biggie we were willing to wait. 30 min later Ireceived my turkey burger basket and my guest was told they made the wrong wings and they are cooking up the right batch. I thought it was rude to eat infront of my guest so I waited...and we waited some more. Finally after another 30 min her wings andfries came. The fries were dripping in grease, and They forgot the blue cheese so I went back up in line and waited, finally wasgiven this watered down grainy sorry excuse of dressing and we just laughed it off because what else could go wrong. Well, I finally took a bite of my turkey burger come to find it was a regular burger not turkey. Back up to the line I go, waited somemore and informed them that it was incorrect. Mind you not once from any employee did we receive any empathy, no I'm sorry, letme make this right..NOTHING After at least another 20 minutes goes by I still don't have my food. I went and asked for my moneyback because I was starving my guest had long been done eating her wings. I was told mine was the next up and it was howeverthey just handed me a turkey burger and forgot the fries. I can't make this up, this was the most ridiculous experience I'veever had. The cherry ontop was when I asked where my fries were, I was told "What do you mean?" I said I ordered a turkeyburger no cheese, and fries and she rolled her eyes at me as if I did something wrong. She picked up my burger to take it backfor a third time (when a side of fries would have been just fine) but I wasn't about to wait another second and said to forgetit I don't need fries, I had to ask for my turkey burger back. I had a horrible experience. They told me I couldn?t make my burger into a meal even though I even pointed out to them on the... menu that there is an option to make it a meal, and they said there?s no button on their register for it. It took at least 20minutes to get my order and it was not even busy. They handed me my to-go order finally and I checked to see if the order wascorrect (I ordered a burger and fries) and they forgot to give me my fries so I told them and they told me it was in the windowstill and then they gave it to me but they were cold so I don?t know how long they were even sitting out. My burger was soggyand had way too much sauce in it as well. I feel like I wasted money because my food that I received was very disappointing.They also didn?t give me a receipt at all. Great staff. They gave advice on food choices and were friendly. Food is nummy.
Just got done eating here and the assistant manager Brittany was so awesome. She was very kind and let my family of 5 eat inside... even though at that time they were take out only. Told other workers that it was fine and she would stay and clean up!!!! Was soappreciated. Read more

I enjoy a good smash burger and this facility can produce it. This visit was good although there were a couple of hurdles to... clear. Like most sites these days they appeared to be understaffed which resulted in them forgetting to issue me a table numberso they could correctly deliver my food to the table. Half of the menu board was without internet service so the cashier had torecite what was missing on the menu. The staff were friendly and we're trying hard to meet their customers needs. I will be backbut recommend the manager helps support them with functional equipment and more staff. Read more
