The mgr on this day decided customer service was only for those he deemed worthy. I placed my order for drive thru pickup, but... when I arrived the drive was extremely long. I decided to go in and retrieve my order. A new employee was there - alone. She wastrying to understand my request. Once she got it a man came back in out of breath saying, ?He forgot his straw!? He asked howcould he help, the girl began to explain. He then tells me, ?She?s new and can?t do that.? Then tells me I have to go throughthe drive thru for my order. When I arrived to the window, I asked the gentleman was that the mgr in the front? He said yes. SoI told him to let him know I would be writing a review for the terrible service he provided and told him what happened. Mr.Manager?The same energy you gave the man who ?forgot his straw? is the same energy/service EVERYONE should receive walkingthrough your doors.
