Notes: I am a pizza connoisseur. I don't believe thin crust pizza is pizza - it's just a big cheese and crackers. Jet's Detroit... style pizza is really good. The square Detroit crust is fantastic. It's thick enough to be filling and hearty, but thin enoughto taste the flavors of the toppings and not be doughy. The kids that work at this Jet's are all very cool and personable. Moreimportantly, they are accurate and fast. My orders are always correct and ready when they say. I've been ordering pizza fromthis Jet's for several years and have always had good experiences. Pizza best in town. The app sucks. So I couldn?t order ahead of time which meant I sat in store waiting. The staff was friendly,... store was clean and they expedited my gluten free pizzas. Read more

As always their pizza is great. Unfortunately the serviceat this location was close to non existent to the point of being... disrespectful. We order about 3 hours in advance several lies for our kid birthday party, noting in detail the time that we willbe picking them up. We did payed in advance and everything was confirmed. When we arrive to the location the guy that served usjust told us they were not ready, he was only going to startaking them even though they were order 3 hours in advance, he toldus he was too busy and did not had enough people to help him out, if we didn't like it he told us we could take our businesselsewhere. As simple and as bold as that, we were speechless and had no option than waiting to be ready as we were already latefor the venue where the party was going to be. Unacceptable and definitely will think twice about ordering from them. Read more
