I made an online order to pick up on the way to a party. I arrived during the pickup window, but the store was closed (lights... off, no one inside that I could see). I was late to the party picking up pizza from a different location. About 2 hours later Ireceived an email telling me my order was ready, but by then it was obviously too late. I submitted a message with customerservice through the app and never had a reply. I attempted to call this location four times over three days in two weeks and noone ever answered the phone. My credit card was charged. I eventually had to call my credit card company, who immediatelycancelled the charge. This was a pretty frustrating experience. Read more
Walked in, ordered 1 pepperoni reg. hot n ready and was not cashed out. The guy proceeded to make my pizza to order. 20 mins... later decided to ask me what pizza I ordered like it was complicated or confusing. Then he cashed the guy out after me and toldme he skipped me because I was on my phone. Let me just say that everybody is on there phone. I wasn't on a phone call anddidn't have ear buds in at all. I was simply looking at how much time he had wasted. I told him exactly how I felt about it alland got my pizza and left. He said he didn't want to interrupt me, then said they're short staffed, and that there was no orderto who gets cashed out first etc... Lots of excuses. The guy could tell I was in a rush and knows people expect to be in andout. He loved the control he had to waste everyone's time for fun. It felt like there was no process or structure. Honestly theonly thing hot and ready was his attitude. So I feel like they are false advertising something they don't offer. I coulddefinitely do a better job and offer a more sound customer service experience here. I use to manage a pizzahut and was thefastest cook in my district so I know they can move faster if I can run a store alone. This place needs some help. The pizza Idid get was very rubbery tasting like the dough was not proofed or perforated, it lacked sauce and was very dry but not flakyand crispy. It was limp and seemed undercooked to me. Maybe the dough is not being made properly, not sure. The hot and readysign should be removed until it's real. I use to love this place I really hope this is not a final testament to thisestablishment going down the drain. there's a new staff here it seems and in the past 3 or so months they always seem very confused that people actually want pizza.... the first time there was an hour wait for a thin crust.. the next time the lady at the front was just joking around with the 2people in the back the whole time. she said it would be an hour wait so I waited and it was 10 minutes instead. tonight Iwent at around 8pm and she said it's at least 45 minutes...we are still unboxing the cheese. it's the same lady at the fronteach time. it may not be her fault but she's the face I see each time. you get the impression she just doesn't want towork...definitely not HOT AND DEFINITELY NOT READY Read more
I waited 1 hour for a Fanceroni combo meal and just got a cheese. Saturday after my bike ride I wanted pizza. The store was... taking only digital orders and I had already placed mine. I arrived within my pickup window and the store was in disarray. Apizza party order had been misplaced and the store was clearly unprepared among other things. The pizza I ultimately didreceived was my cut and tasted abnormal. The dough was chewy like it the dough had just been made the hour before and usedimmediately. The store was not clean and seems to be in shabby condition. Everything about the experience was bad including thepizza portal not functioning. I think the employees were doing the best that they could but clearly unprepared. I hope someonereads this and does something about it. Even the cheese pizza I got was just a 2 star.
