This used to be a fun place but it's not anymore. Service is just plan bad. Chips and salsa order produced unsalted stale/chewy... chips and salsa that could not have been any worse. The rest of the food order was completely uninspired and tasted likepre-teens were running the kitchen. I hope someone in this chain takes notice and decides to bring this place back to where itused to be. Get someone who knows cooking and has some skill, and get front of house people who know how to service guests. Read more
Usually good, but today was off. Queso con carne was greasy and salty. Steak tacos were so salty I asked for something else.... After a long wait, the Manager was very nice and got us Philly cheesesteak wraps, but they too were so greasy... I ate some ofit with a fork, because I couldn't pick it up. I always love this Taco Mac. Great place for meeting up with friends. And I often see other friends there as well. Beers are... great. The wings are superb. A good variety. Not a happy experience this time. I stopped in for lunch at this location which I had never been to before and for the first... time ever I had an unhappy Taco Mac experience. I feel it was mostly due to the waiter. Things started out okay with a friendlyserver. I told him that I am a regular at other locations and he seemed pleased. Things went downhill from there though. First,I asked for iced tea with some mango flavoring and was told that wasn't possible to do. Every other location has been able toadd the flavoring syrup so why not this one? I ordered a burger but was not asked how I would like it done and I also orderedtater tots done extra crispy. My additional request before the food arrived was for 2 side cups of blue cheese dressing andsome extra napkins because I am a messy burger eater. The server looked entirely put out by that request. He walked away andreturned with ONE extra napkin. When my burger and tots arrived it was obvious that they were not only NOT extra crispy, theywere white in color and barely cooked. Had the server taken the time to ask how my meal was or if I needed a drink refill oranything, I would have requested a new order of tater tots. I had to ask again for extra napkins and he brought ONE more andthen didn't return until I waved him down to ask for a takeout box and my check. It only takes one experience like this for meto decide that I won't be back. I will go to other Taco Mac locations of course but will be bypassing this Roswell location. Read more
