Worked for them as GM for 30 days. They paid me $50 a week less than what we agreed on for me to quit my other job and go work... for them. Basically zero training was involved, except for when the area supervisor wanted to show up on a Friday night, spendmost of hiss time on the phone and then get mad when the place was behind. They expected the female to train GM's that theydemoted from GM when the place opened.....Which is a scumbag thing to do. I worked 70-85 hours A WEEK for the 4 weeks I wasthere. I was declined 2 days off to help my Mother with things she needed help with which I told them I needed to do before Iaccepted the job. I feel bad for anyone who works management for these clowns. What I've heard about the owner is that he's a real Stand up guy and very generous! What i experienced on 4 1/2 year's of... employment was managers shaving people's hours. Management having under aged kids over their house for booze and drugs,management having sex with great emplyees then loosing the employee because MGMT dumps them! MGMT doing drugs on the clockinside the store and in the parking lot. The owner may be awesome from everything I've heard but it's a shame he has such ahorrible team under him and may have some serious fines after I meet with the IRS and labor board in 2 weeks!
