This place is an absolute gem. Huevos rancheros of legend, enchiladas that made me want to slap anyone who ever served me... something and called it ?enchiladas? right in the mouth. Don?t sleep on that asado! Read more
The service was Amazing the staff was very friendly! Very Good food all the recipes are from the original owners Family passed... down. We all had a great experience. Although I can eat a spicier salsa, the salsa was Flavorful so it made up for the fact that is... was not as spicy as I usually like it. My daughter had the soft chicken tacos and she loved them. My son hD the Asado and Beanburrito with red sauce and love it. I had the Asado enchiladas And they were great! Read more
Service was really bad. Took 20 minutes to ask our drinks and bring chips and salsa. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks... and finally take our order. Several other tables were very unhappy with the waitress. The table behind us had cold food and thewaitress asked if he wanted it warmed up and he said no he wants it remade. It was a sad night at The Capitol. Hope food isbetter than the experience. Read more

I absolutely cannot stress how amazing the food is at Martin's Capitol Cafe!! Today we picked up lunch for 28 employees and... everyone was very happy with our food. I spoke with Marty himself to place the order and he was happy to help us out. We ordered1.5 trays each of green chile chicken enchiladas and red beef enchiladas, 30 chile rellenos, 4 dozen red pork tamales, a tray ofbeans and a tray of rice, and their salsa and chips! (Their green Chile chicken enchiladas are my favorite!) Everything was hotand cooked perfectly. I really wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it. Read more
