Traveling thru and Waited an hour for an order we placed online while everyone else got food and left. It is a horrible crew!... For having panda express for the 1st time ever. What can I say, this place is horrible!!! It's 101 degrees and I came in to eat inside, well there's no food on the serving... counter, what little there is it's dried up and stuck to the pans and yet they want to serve you that instead of getting freshfood. I ask how long before the fresh meat cones out and she says 10 to 15 minutes!! WTHeck... Alright I'm here let's make thebest of it, no ice for your soft drink!!?? Only ice is for the drive thru, told them cancel my order you've lost a loyalcustomer. Panda express your service is really poor and that being said the food inspector was here, oh did I mention it'scooler outside then inside?! Worst service ever! Would give the a zero if I could! Stood there for 5 minutes in hopes they would refill the area literally... counted three items in buffet 4 with the lomien coming up. Many servers grabbing last of the food main server kept asking if Ineeded a bowl and I kept saying a plate and if they were refilling their food so we could go somewhere else at 9:00. Their signsaid they close at 10 with a line at the drive up. Finally got an answer no more food going out so I order the kung pow foranother worker to push her over and took the last while she was serving me. He was filling the plates full for someone at thewindow not the portions we got at the counter. No eye contact from any worker and they definitely were not engaged with thecustomers. We had to get double portions of the orange chicken as it was all they offered only to see they had more food as wewere leaving no apologies or courtesy in any form. We gave one last chance on this place. We ordered online, waited 30 minutes so that the food would definitely be bagged and... ready when we arrived. We get there and one of the cooks tells us we need to call the customer and let them know they're out ofteriyaki chicken, arguably one of the most popular dishes there. I told them we ARE the customer and they just said oh. So weweren't even told they were out of our food until we arrived. Then we were told we'd have to wait even longer to get our 2 mealsput together because they didn't even bother making them during the 40 minutes between when we placed the order and arrived. Wethen watched 3 cooks just stand in the middle of the back and just talk. So we decided to just get a refund. There was nomanager on duty so one of the cashiers was on the phone with a manager for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to give arefund. This is just ridiculous service. Panda is supposed to be one of those over the top customer service places because ofthe high competitive pay for employees, but most of the employees liked stoned out of their minds.
