Best Prime Rib sandwich I ever had! Great Bartender! Service was quick & pleasant.
Great service and wonderful food
Lipstick on a pig best describes this place. Beautiful restaurant. Beautiful view. Understaffed and incredibly poor food. Very bland. Tastes like it's straight off the GFS truck with very little done to it. Our waiter worked his butt off tonight, but there were many mistakes as the place was decently busy. Management should know/staff for the first week of spring break better.
Visited during our stay at JJs, the server was very nice, she made sure we were happy with our food, got refills quickly, and was very patient with us. The food itself was good too, my boyfriend has a burger and I the ravioli, both were great. The only thing that was little bit of a let down was the appetizer, the buffalo chicken dip, because it was mostly just melted mozzarella cheese. Regardless the dip still tasted good, and the portions of everything were great for the prices.
We had some drinks at the bar, then returned for dinner in the bar after tubing. Our server, April, was absolutely fabulous. She took great care of us at the bar, offering recommendations for drinks and went out of her way to locate a hard to find bottle of spirits. At dinner, she again showed professionalism, talking care of our party, along with another large group seated in the bar area, almost singlehandedly. We also found quite a variety on the menu, and everything we ordered exceeded expectations. Thanks April!
Wow. Paradise. This place is ? beautiful. The food is great, all the activities for the kids were great and maintenance (Jared B) WAS SO NICE. This will be a yearly trip for my family. And they have Electric Forest music fest in the summer. This place has it all.
Went in the afternoon when we got there, it was empty we were the only table. The waitress was very nice, although my friend did not eat but 4 bites of her burger and the server never asked if she didn?t like it. I ended up asking if she wouldn?t mind atleast taking off 50% or anything really, didn?t have to be the whole thing she did eat some of it. But it was so over done and dry she barely ate any of it not even the fries were very good because they were cold. As someone who has served you know if someone eats 3-4 bites of their food and doesn?t ask for a box they prolly didn?t like it. I will say the only reason for 4 stars is because the waitress was nice if it was based off food it would only be 3. Because those cooks in the kitchen sucked. Burger was so over cooked, appetizers came out 2 minutes before the food. I got the honey chicken and somehow they dropped my leg in the fryer but forgot the chicken breast so I had to wait for that. The Mac and cheese was so watered it didn?t have any cheese flavor really. My broccoli was cold I ordered a side of butter for it didn?t even melt in the slightest. Over all the food was pretty disappointing besides the appetizer which we got the steak artichoke wontons. Those were good. That kitchen lacks, for an empty restaurant we should have had perfect food. Cold things I understand when it?s busy because things do sometimes sit in the window a while when you?re trying to cook 50 other things. But we were the only two people food shouldn?t have been cold and over cooked.
Delicious meals and beautiful setting. Great place to celebrate our anniversary. My husband really liked the vegetables. They were nicely seasoned. His pecan crusted walleye was tender and delicious, and very good fries. My salad had a generous portion of steak and the Bleu cheese dressing was very good.
