I ordered online through the app. When I got my food, half of it was missing and they just walked off. I had them come back and... they said they were out of mozzarella sticks. I then ordered chili cheese fries of which was an additional 20 minute wait. Iwould not recommend coming here. Read more
I pushed the red button and waited for 5 minutes when a very rude lady walked out and told all the cars in the lot that they... were closed. I saw carhops in there so I don?t know why they were closed at 1 pm. I?ve been coming to this Sonic off and on fora while because my work is near by and I?ve noticed it just keeps getting worse. I've been coming here on and off for the past year because I work nearby and my coworkers like sonic. (Easy for everyone) Today... and other days lately not the case. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I drove into the stall pressed the redbutton and waited for about 10 minutes, then pressed again after another 10, then started to call to speak with a manager. Aftercalling 3 times I finally get through. As im leaving the parking lot and I realized I was the only one left.. my order was nevertaken. I let the manager know and she never responded. It also sounded like someone was working in the background and talkingfar away. Wondering if she answered and then just sat the phone down? Regardless if I can absolutely manage it.. I ordered a burger, chili cheese tots, and a slush on the app. I pulled up into the lane and checked in. It took a while for the... order to process and when the screen indicated that a crew member would bring my food, they never did. I had to press thebutton, wait about five minutes, finally spoke with a crew member and they said they would start working on my order. It took 27minutes from the time I submitted the order via the app to food in hand, and they didn?t even make my order right. I asked thecrew member why the hold up and she said my ticket was lost. So, no one bothered to check on me and the cars on both sides inthe stalls are coming and going. I asked to speak to the manager, the crew member went back in and about three minutes later,came out and let me know that the manager is ?super backed up with tickets? and will talk to me ?if they happen to have time.? Iasked for the managers name and the crew member told me she couldn?t provide that because it?s ?personal information.? The crewmember didn?t have a name tag on and when I asked for her name, she said she couldn?t provide that, either. By the time Iactually arrived home to eat the food, the order wasn?t made to specifications and the burger was burnt. I have gone to severalother Sonic locations and the other ones in Round Rock are way better. Don?t waste your time here unless you want a long waitwith a large side of useless. Read more
