I stopped getting my coffee here for a long time but decided to stop by today and was reminded why I stopped. I went thru the... drive thru and used the app since my cc was on there. I was charged for 2 different orders and they managed to screw up a hotAmericano. I went back around and told them. Without verification first, they "said" they refunded the smaller order amount andremade the Americano without the syrup. I'm frustrated I had to go around and wait in the drive thru line a second time, Idon't even know if they really did refund me. I have to wait for the bank to show me. They didn't were so disorganized theydidn't give me a receipt or tell me when my refund would go through. Every question was met with confusion and "I'm notsure." This Starbucks is not worth the wait. And I may have to come back tomorrow if I don't get my refund. So not worth it. Read more
For atmosphere, this is hands-down the best Starbucks in Round Rock (2nd best is at Round Rock Crossing, a couple miles south... next to Sprouts.). There's plenty of seating inside and out, which is not the case everywhere. Read more
I love this location. I used to be an employee here and helped open the store over a year ago. After leaving Starbucks and... coming back to this location ever so often, I always have the best customer experience. The drive thru service is very efficientand fast. The staff are so kind and I always enjoy chatting with them at the window. The management has done such a great jobmaintaining a great team and workplace. I always receive a quality beverage from the baristas here. The space is so beautifuland well kept. This is one of my favorite locations to visit because I know I will always have an enjoyable experience. Read more
It was a very busy morning. They had probably about 10-15 drinks & 10-15 bags of food for mobile orders on the counter waiting.... My mobile order took 15 minutes to fulfill. They would ask people standing by the counter for there name, and then make sure toget you drink completed next. Longer wait time than I have had before, but still was a good experience overall.
