I think the offerings are okay, I'm pretty sure the taro is just a powder and tastes pretty artificial, and the service is quite... bare minimum. We had 2 instances where our orders were messed up. The first time, my bf got a taro milk tea with regular honeyboba but they gave him the egg pudding. I sacrificed my tiger milk tea boba because he's really not about the pudding. Thepudding itself was clumpy and had a coagulated texture. I can't say I like it. Also, I used to order taro with egg pudding. Thisone really tasted off and bad. It clearly didn't go well. I say, don't order the pudding. The only thing I enjoy is the bobatexture is the way I like it, it's got a bit of firmness, but not too soft. Second time, my friend got 75% sweet of a regularhoneydew milk tea, but tasted no difference, it was still really sweet. To me, that just looked like they didn't read it, orjust glanced quickly at the order. Even though the company offers less ice and sweetness levels, as well as a variety oftoppings, that should mean that a thorough and quick read is a must-have skill. They weren't that busy when we went the secondtime, with plenty of tables to sit at. It does get extremely crowded at night though. I have occasionally visited their locations from time to time. From them, I have gotten a milk tea, fruit tea, and fruit slush.... Their drinks never fail to lift my mood up. Their boba is soft and chewy. Their drinks are from real tea leaves and fresh fruit.It always comes together to make something I can enjoy for an hour of my day. I'm okay with ranking this on one of the topplaces for boba drinks. Perhaps the drinks might be a bit on the sweeter side for others, so beware in case you prefer lesssweet. Read more

Staff so rude. Girl literally slapped the window. First able I ordered ahead of time. My drink was not ready. It took 10 min... more, they were not busy. Just one guy working and the girl hanging out. Doing nothing, The girl gave me attitude. I never stopby this location again(Rowland Heights).
