I just left my neighborhood Sonic and paid a ridiculous price for an extra patty and this is what they gave me. Unprofessional.
I had the best experience that I have ever had at a Sonic establishment in over two decades. The staff was sensitive to my... unique order; even to the point of coming to the car to verify accuracy, and following up with the food preparation team toprovide my best experience ever at a Sonic restaurant. I had the best foot long Chili cheese dog, wow. I would definitely recommend stopping in to eat one.
As a general rule, I'm a fan of Sonic! I truly am! But this specific Sonic location has a very real problem that I hope District... Management will address soon. This specific location seems understaffed as the service is very slow and the quality of the foodis very below average for the chain. I made the mistake of stopping here 2 times in the last month and b9th visits were thesame. Greasy food that was over salted and missing ingredients. Arrived at 12:30 pm for lunch on Sunday. Placed my order and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally pushed the button... again and the lady said we are not taking anymore orders right now.
