9 times out of 10 they get the order mixed up. Was at the drive through and the lady said it was the way I asked for it which is... wasn't and then proceeded to say she doesn't want to see me here again. Really? Get new employees if you expect to see this dunkstay in business for to much longer. Read more
Ordered and paid through the Dunkin app. The staff at the restaurant wouldn't even speak with me or look at me. Repeatedly... asked for them to at least look at the receipt i had for the order. . Told me to call Dunkin for a refund. Too bad no starsisn't an option. Read more
They leave their order ahead walk-in option on, but lock the doors. Either abandon your order or stay 20 minutes in the drive... thru line to get it. Read more
