Went in to get an icee, and as usual, 3 of the 4 flavors were broken. Also, the soft serve vanilla icecream machine was still... broken. I don't understand why they can't fix these machines ????. It's summer and hot, and customers really want thesedelicious treats. I did get the blue raspberry icee since it was the only one working and opted for an Arnold Palmer smoothiewhich was very good. I missed 2 free icecream rewards because the icecream machine was constantly broken. Not happy about that. Read more
As with most Sheetz I've been to, kind of like QT as far as being busy. Plenty of gas pumps, clean restrooms and fast service!
Just picked up a steak and cheese sub, only to later find the bread was barely toasted, the cheese wasn't melted, and the meat... was almost ice cold. Be sure to check before leaving the store. Very disappointed in the service. Read more
Have always liked this store until today. Will not be back. Did not realize this area was going urban. Very slack condescending... snarky service from food manager Dewayne and his group of young girls. I made the mistake of interrupting their playing/ jokingaround time to ask a question about a product. I was answered by a young African American girl extremely insultingly in whichthe rest of the crew AND the manager Dewayne joined in on the fun of ridiculing me. Very sad. Will never go back as long assheets feels the best way to represent their brand is they the likes of Dewayne and his young fan/employees. Read more
