Very bad service. From both Panera and DoorDash. My order took almost 2 hours to receive although I live 1/2 mile from the... location. I specifically told them my buzzer didn?t work and left my number. The driver did NOT call me and left my orderoutside on 20 degree night and my food is cold! Again, they are on 13/Woodward, I live on 13/Benjamin. I will not be usingthis location again and I will never use DoorDash. Talk about a bad first impression. Read more
Slow service from cashier (I don't think she could move any slower.) Rude and unhelpful. Ordered a large Carmel Latte - took... them 10 minutes to even start making it. My online order said 10 minutes so I got there on time but had to wait another 25 minutes because they were so busy. I ordered a... Greek salad but they gave me a ceaser.
