They are a joke anymore. Placed an order through slice, paid and tipped the driver while paying the business fee. It was a half... hour after my delivery time and called, was told the driver should be there soon. However, an hour and 45 minutes later mydriver still isn?t here. They told me to take it up with slice and they are closed now but a driver could just drop it off ontheir way home after they get all cashed 2 hours later and still no food. Slice won?t refund me because this place won?t do arefund. I paid for something I NEVER GOT!! What a joke. Use to love this place but never again. I love this place. Food is always great, staff super friendly. When I order carryout online (from anywhere), I always add a tip... if that's an option. Two Guys is the only place that acknowledges and thanks me for the tip. Maybe a small thing, but it's niceto hear that it's noticed and appreciated.
