We ordered from the drive thru and my wife asked for crinkle fries and got curly fries. She asked for a smokehouse brisket... sandwich and got two or three small strips of roast beef full of fat. It liked like less than half of the meat shown on the ads.So much for "We've got the meats." I asked for an Arby's double and got a sandwich missing the top bun! We asked for a receiptand were given someone else's receipt instead. Very disappointing. We will think twice before ordering food there again. i want to preface this with a statement: Arbys is my favorite fast food chain. I love the fries, I love the shakes. However,... multiple times when ordering from this arbys, they've missed items. Normally, i'd just blame this on overworked and underpaidteenage workers, however today was the straw the broke the camels back. HALF of the food we ordered was missing. Missing itemsincluded a large shake, an order or mozzarella sticks, and two apple turnovers. In addtion to missing items, the gyros weordered weren't even gyros... they had the same meat and tzatziki sauce and everything, but the bread was different. this orderfor my family cost us $75 (big order, i know) and honestly only around 1/3 of the order was both recieved and correct. 0 starsif i could. Haven't had an Arby's roast beef in ages. Ordered on Saturday for pickup. The guy behind counter s really nice but not too... bright. Give me my sandwich, some in the back said to bring back, wasn't ready. J He asked me if I wanted any auce, said yes,some horsey sauce. Got my sandwich and went home. Meat was dry, the cheddar cheese looked old. Sandwich wasn't wrapped up and Igot Arby's sauce. Will be a while before going back. Read more
