I walked into the store today to order 3 pizzas, no one noticed me standing at the counter, I noticed an older man getting ready... to cut a cooked pizza. I watched him pick up the pizza cutter when he noticed something on the blade so he reached into thetrash next to the counter, pulled out a plastic wrapper and used it to wipe the blade off. When I brought this to the otheremployees attention he told me he did not really care, so I asked the older gentleman his name and the other employee said ?tell her your name is Ryan?. Was a loyal customer for years until I was blatantly disrespected by the manager after ordering and paying for 25 pizzas in... advance for the next day. Way to go domino's. Needless to say I cancelled my order and didn't get refunded back until a monthlater. Read more
Ordered a medium pan pizza, with hamburger, got pork instead. It wasn't cut all the way through, and when I tried to cut it,... before I figured out it wasn't even the right pizza, the cheese and meat slid off. It was soggy and gross. Not only is this location extremely unprofessional but they lack basic customer service skills. I went there on Thursday 7/23 to... pick up my order. I was not greeted and waited in line for my order. Well a woman had been there for over 30 minutes and she wasmissing items in her order. Well the person handling the front basically argued with the manager about how many times he askedthe cook to remake the customers order. This was done in front of all the customer waiting in the lobby. The next thing thathappened, sealed the deal on why I will never come back to this Dominos. The guy handling the front notices a customer and says?I think your order is ready? and allowed her to skip the rest of us who were already waiting in line. He greets her with warmpleasantries and she pays for her food and leaves. I then walk up to the register because clearly there is a line and I wasskipped, not sure for what reason, but I do feel like the color of my skin played a part in that. I get up to the front, stillnot greeted and was asked for my name. Provided my name and he came back with my food and not a single word was said.
