I?ve never personally had an issue with the people who work there, generally they are nice. But I have a problem with what I... think is just pure laziness. I always order decaf because I am so sensitive to caffeine, but I love the taste of coffee! Well Igot a coffee yesterday around 330 pm and it said ?decaf? but it wasn?t. Within 30 mins I had a full on panic attack, shaking,dizzy - the exact symptoms from caffeine and why I can?t personally drink it. I think the people working didn?t have any decafleft or brewed at the time because of the time of day, which they should have just said. It ruined my evening and I couldn?ttake my son trick or treating because I was completely anxiety ridden because that?s what caffeine does to me. So just please,if someone orders decaf - MAKE SURE ITS DECAF! Read more
As I approached the order counter I saw a female Dunkin employee wandering around with a large rolled paper (napkin?) hanging... out of one her nostrils. She remained in sight, actually handling food for several minutes. It was not only horrifing, it had tobe against safety regulations. Yuck! Read more
They can't keep good help, so you're constantly getting something made from someone who doesn't know what they're doing. Heavy... handed on the ice, making it so you only get half a cup of coffee in a large and it's not even filled anywhere close to thetop. Constantly getting orders wrong or mixing up orders. The manager doesn't know how to do ordering, so they never haveanything on hand and are consistently running out of pretty much everything. If you can make the longer trip, just go toDixfield. This one should be shut down. I didn't write this review from one bad order. I've visited this site for over 5 yearsand they've really gone downhill recently in the past year. Edit as of 10/09/22: Definitely been a lot better, but still somemix ups/missing creams or sugars. The service is overall pretty friendly now, but we'll see how long it lasts. The lattes taste TERRIBLE and are NEVER made correctly. We have NEVER received a quality coffee from the Rumford, ME location.... The girls who work at the Rumford, ME location can?t make a drink correctly to save their life. It doesn?t take very many braincells to get this right. We can go to any other location in the state of Maine and our drinks are always made correct and tasteperfect. The franchise owner seriously needs to be aware of the PRESSING ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION!! The employees are rude, burnand overcook your food, and can?t mix a drink correctly. The franchise owner needs to start over with new employees. Read more
