Ok here we go. 20 min wait. Was seated got drinks and took order right away. 40 min later we asked where food was. We were told... chef gave food to someone else. We then got order like 5 min later. Food was nothing special at all. While cooked and tasted ok.Sausage was so skinny and small, bacon was ok, wheat toast was tiny slices but not even toasted. Eggs good, potatoes wereexcellent, pancakes very plain batter taste, French toast thin, small also very plain. Prices were good. Would rate the foodaverage to below average for a breakfast. Seriously I have gotten better at a free continental breakfast at motels. ???? pluswe didn't ask but we didn't receive free beverages or discount for the extremely long wait for a very simple breakfast. It was good. The water was free of unusual tastes or smells. The omelette was properly cooked (which is a big deal as I never... complement eggs) as was the hash. I've never had hash made with sweet potatoes before and now know it isn't my thing but it waswell prepared and should really appeal to anyone who likes sweet potatoes. Homefries were good as well. I was disappointed inthe bagel which was lacking the firm bagel center and crispy when toasted crust. This one had a soft doughy center and a softchewy crust that reminded me of Sara Lee frozen bagels. The staff were quick and business like but lacked some of the dinerfriendliness. Excellent food at a good price. My wife had the eggs Benedict and said it was excellent. I had 2 eggs on gluten free toast. ( I... have celiac) It's tough to find good gluten free toast that actually tastes good. This tasted good. The waitress was extremelypleasant. We've been there a couple times and have never been disappointed. Read more

Great menu, food was good. Corned beef hash missed being completely fantastic by just a little, it was little heavy handed on... the salt. Service was friendly for a Monday morning. Atmosphere was exactly what you'd hope for at a new England diner. Read more
