I found Murphy?s through a recommendation of a friend and a review from a local magazine. My mother recently passed away, and it... was a great place to hang out, given the grief that I was and am facing. I also am a history buff, and I appreciated the bar?sregional significance during Prohibition. Heather was nice, and at first, Robb was nice. I was always polite to the staff andfellow patrons, and I tipped the staff when leaving . I am also a bank insider monitoring millions of dollars in transactionsevery day commuting to Manhattan regularly. I also was never arrested with my late father a former prosecutor and my sistercurrently a practicing attorney. However, one month ago, on June 30, after completing a month-end deadline, I walked in likeany other night, asking Robb for a drink. He said that he was not going to serve me, making the false accusation that I wasattempting to break into parked cars. He had no proof, no picture or witness, to back his accusation. I said that wasn?t me, andhe stated that he was still not going to serve me. I enjoyed going there, but Robb is a disturbed drunk delusional individual.It is a nice atmosphere, and a part of me misses going there. However, you do run the risk of being a victim of Robb?s drunkendelusions. Read more
