I visited for a funeral, and I have to say it was the best breakfast I've had in a long time. Food was excellent. And the staff... were super friendly. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely return next time I'm up. 10/10 Read more
Absolutely the worst service we've ever had at this restaurant!!! They weren't busy and nobody was ahead of us ordering food. We... were a party of 5 and we all ordered breakfast foods. First the soda's were flat, then after sitting there for 15 minutes anemployee went outside to bring the cooks in to cook our orders that haven't been started, yet. As they're getting the foodcooked they sit it under the heating lights while they continue cooking. After another 15 minutes we finally asked what the holdup is and they responded they had to make gravy. After a TOTAL of 45 minutes, still NO FOOD and obviously the food that had beensitting there all of 30 minutes already was cold at this point and we got up and left! This restaurant ALWAYS has bad and slowservice with untrained employees that don't care about their customers, but this was the absolute worst service ever and Ipromise you it was the last! We will never set foot inside this Huddle House or any other Huddle House anywhere! This placeneeds to be closed since you can't staff it with people willing to work or take care of your customers in a timely manner. Read more
Absolutely disappointed in our first and last visit here. Took family here after a movie night. Looked online and said closed at... 12am. Got there at 9:15 and was told to seat ourselves. No mention of closing at 10pm. Ordered food. Watched it sit under"warmer" for awhile before brought to our family of 8. That warmer did not keep food warm. Tenders were burnt. Biscuit was hard.Gravy cold. Multiple other items cold and not good. Yet very little was done to correct this. When we were done we waited a verylong time to even get the check and tell waitress the food was bad... because she did not come while we were eating to see if itwas all good. Don't waste your time or money going here. We sure will never be back. $80 bucks wasted. So much for a yummyfamily dinner. Read more
We had a horrible experience. We were there on a Sunday night. A girl who said she had just graduated high school took our... order. There was alot of angry customers waiting to be waited on. She then placed our order and went outside the door to chat onher cell phone. After 30 min. A young about 17 yr old girl brought our food. She went outside We saw her kissing on a guy. Thenmy husband ran out of soft drink.he picked up his cell phone while we sit there called the front desk. I saw the same young girlanswer the phone.he ask her for a refill she hung up on him a few min. Later she brought a soft drink.never smiled ,never saidI'm sorry nothing went back outside to make out. Last night my husband and I went to the Huddle House in Russell Springs to get something to eat and it was the worst experience.... We have been going there for almost 2 years and it has been going down hill. Right after we got there the two cooks got into abig argument. The lady cook raised her spatula at the guy cook. The lady waitress had to settle the cook down and the guy cookjust walked out. He did come back later. The lady cook then went outside to cool off. The poor waitress had to play referee. Iwas getting scared. I asked my husband if we should leave. I have never seen the two cooks before. It was not a pleasantatmosphere at all. The food was ok when we got it. But I told my husband I don't want to come here anymore late for a while ifever! Read more
