Hello juicy and tender brisket with an incredible bark. Nice to eat you. This brisket is simply one of the best you'll find. ... The mustard bbq sauce was also outstanding. Sure you can make a pilgrimage to Austin to try Franklin's, but you save yourself alot of time/gas by going to Ridgewood Brothers. It's on par if not better than my trips to Franklin's. They made a repeatcostumer and I'm going to tell everyone I know that it's worth the journey. Edit 2022. Moved to Oregon. Everyone (locals, TVshows) talks about Matt's BBQ in Portland. Tried it. If you've never eaten here, you are seriously missing out. I've eaten a lot of bbq in my life but it can't touch Ridgewood... Brothers Bbq. It is beyond amazing. The brisket, jalapeño cheddar links, turkey, pulled pork, ribs, potato salad, bananapudding and more are totally off the hook!! And now to top it off they have pork belly pops that will blow your mind!! ????After all that you would think that it couldn't get any better but it does. If you like great customer service, I promise youwon't find it any better than you will here. It's more than just making a buck for these folks. They truly care about theircustomers. If you've eaten here more than once I guarantee they will remember your name because you're important to them. Theyare the most friendly and polite people you'll ever meet and will bend over backwards to make your experience the most memorableone ever.
