The manager and staff on duty on Aug. 15th at 8pm is outstanding, I hope this crew continues to work there. The quality of every... bit of the experience has improved so much. Service here was horrible. First, the person taking my order got it wrong. When I pressed the button to inform them and make... sure i was getting what I originally ordered, the person that answered had an attitude. Then the worker that brought my food outhad an attitude. She allegedly went inside to swipe my card but came back out with no receipt. When I asked about it she had anattitude talking about ?it didn?t give a receipt?. My bank sends me a text message anytime a transaction is made on my debitcard. After she ?swiped? my card inside, I did not get an alert. I checked my bank statement and it doesn?t show a transactioneither. I will be monitoring my account and if I see any activity that indicates my card information was fraudulently obtainedand used, I will be filing a police report against this particular employee. Sonic, you need to do better when it comes totraining your workers. Read more
