I feel when I go here it's like a piece of old fashioned hospitality. I find treats like almond cookies perfectly crispy on the... outside with that soft comforting center and dear Lord the banana bread with frosting. Good pastries and coffee. Nothing ground shattering but a nice local place to grab a drink. Coffee is on the small side and... prices are high. Had the cardamom and rose latte. Would say the carcomimos was a bit overpowering when compared to the coffeeflavor. The carrot cake and blueberry muffin/scone were very good albeit on the sweeter side. Read more
This bakery is certainly my most favorite. The pastries, sweets and savory, the customer service, the attention to detail, the... quality of coffee beans (grumpy) and preparation skills (great barista) Highly recommended when you are in the area. You won't be too hard to find this place because there are already customers lining up outside. Only 3 guests can enter at a... time. I arrived at 11 a.m., and many breads had already been sold. The bakery here tasted quite unique and had a stronghome-made feeling. It tastes really interesting! The staff are all very welcoming to the guests, and so kind. Read more
