I use to love this place. Over the past years, portions have gotten smaller. Bagel prices have increased. I?ve stopped... frequenting this place daily and starting going monthly. I just want to say I have been ordering from Lenny?s on line at chow now due to Covid using their delivery service . My last... order was missing item and incorrect. I spoke directly to Lenny?s Keith mgt and apologized and refunded my order and chow nowgave me an additional credit for future delivery and apology from mgt. I love their bagels chick salad plain big chunks. Fresh.And bagels always fresh.I believe order mistakes are their staff not overseeing the orders.they are trying to be customerservice friendly.hopefully delivery service will improve. Due to the lack of time I had to go inside, I disregarded the mistake and decided to give Lenny's another shot. I went in today.I asked for a low carb bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and a everything bagel with butter. The lady gave me the completelywrong order.
