The worst service I have gotten in my life when ordering pizza. I tried the centralized telephone service which is a huge... mistake in the first place. The person could not speak proper English and could not get my address right after 5 times of tryingto tell her. I then ordered online which was not use friendly. Told the person who called to say there's no chicken left at thelocation to deliver as it is not for pick up. She called me back saying no drivers are available and she can attempt an etransfer or give a credit. I said I wanted a refund and I still don't see one. Read more

Placed an online order 8 hours in advance. Pizza still arrived half an hour late, cold. Called twice only to be told they are... short on drivers and there is nothing they can do. Apparently this means they still make the pizza at the set time butknowingly let it sit until it can be delivered? You had *8 hours* to plan for this.
