Ordered 2 frito wraps for $5 and large DP. They gave me 2 chili cheese burritos with no fritos and watered down DP. Next time,... let the customer know that you don't have the ingredient to make their meal. Read more
placed an order on the app and when i got there, there was only one other car. i checked in and waited 15 minutes and then... finally pushed the button for help. the button rang for another 5 minutes without anyone helping me. i ended up having to leaveor i was going to be late to work. literally paid for my order and it was never brought out. i always have problems at thissonic but it?s never been this bad before. I placed an online order for pick-up. Paid for it. Went to get it and they said they had no order for me. I had to be... somewhere so did not have time to order and wait again - nor would I since I had already paid for the food without getting it. I left a complaint with the website - suggesting that they refund my money. Never heard anything from them and never received arefund. Thanks to this location - I will never order from Sonic again... too bad as I actually like their food. I see yourresponse... Read these reviews. 30 minutes in drive through with 3 cars after sitting at a car hop station for 15 just to never be answered.... The owner should be Embarrassed to own such a poorly run restaurant. This is not the first poor experience here but it will bethe last. This is the first review I've ever left on a website.
