Ordered 10 ice cream scoops for the entire family and had one of them with stale almonds immediately asked to replace it with... something else and they refused it. Visiting from Seattle on a warm day we figured it had to be good since there was such a long line. Turns out, that wasn?t the... reason for the line. The two employees in there (guy with black longish hair and the chick with the lip job) moved slower thanmolasses in the winter. The girl was shuffling around in slides, refilling the ice cream containers (not what you do when theline is to the door) and the guy was filling all the orders in his own. He was nice, she never even looked at anyone and spentmore time talking to the guy than working. Good ice cream if you have no where to be and nothing to do. I feel bad for theowner, he?s losing a lot of business, we saw several families turn around and leave because the line wasn?t moving at all atsome points. Read more

Staff was ok not rude which is a good thing. The main attraction are dole whips, pineapple, mango, watermelon etc. Whips that... are created seem to be lacking. When you get to the center of the whip it's not filling the cup entirely. There was a big holein the bottom of the cup where there should be an amazing dessert. Seems like a lot of money for a small amount of dole whip. Read more
