I've eaten at Chandos for at least 5 years at Arden, Power Inn, 15th, the truck and it always been Deeelish. I stopped at the... shop on J St. I requested lettuce wraps and was told they offer them any more even though they were on the menu. I ordered thequesatacos, which I've had often. I ordered the birria, grilled talapia and adobo. The quesa was very over cooked I couldn't eatthem. There was barely any birria it was ok because it was an unrecognizable bland mush. Ordered a burrito with no onion and no sour cream through Doordash for pick up, got home and started biting into the burrito to... realize that there were onions in it. I'm not a big fan of onions and I simply asked to remove 2 ingredients that I am notparticularly a fan of and only 1 of the 2 was still in the burrito. Don?t come here please. Rude workers and rude manager. Tried to order food and they refused to make it for me until I payed. I... am ordering to go before my shift. I work across the street so I don?t see how it?s a big deal to start food. Terrible policy. Iunderstand they want to implement this for people who haven?t payed in the past, but not everyone coming to eat at yourestablishment deserves the rude phone call and rude policy.
