The food took WAAAAAAYYYAAYAYAY too long to the point where I had to catch my flight and cancelled. Ultimately I received the... two tiny sliders with a reversed charge. They were burned, cold, buns were hard. I am shareing with anyone, find somewhereelse to eat at the Sacramento airport. A packaged lunch from a store would have been better. Read more
We had the Chimichurri Steak Sandwich and it was so disappointing. The steak was dry, no Chimichurri to be seen, 2 pieces of... spinach. Service was good but she never asked us how our food was or I would of said something. It was somewhat busy. Came in to grab lunch before our flight, service from Chris at the bar was great! We were warned that food was taking a while... (30 min) which we were fine with as we had about an hour and 15 before we boarded. Well we hit the hour mark after ordering foodwhen we had to cancel our food order and close out which was disappointing, not in the service, but the lack of service which isin no part the fault of the employees that were working today. Hopefully (unlikely, I know) this will make its way up the chain,but I know we weren?t the only ones disappointed that food wasn?t able to come out in a reasonable amount of time?luckily Iworked in the restaurant industry for a good amount of time and understand some aspects of service are out of the hands of theservers. TLDR: ownership/higher-ups at Esquire Grill need to find a way to staff more appropriately so that the servers andcooks that do show up to work aren?t catching flack for something that is out of their hands. Had the worst customer service at this location. We got to airport early to have a nice breakfast. The waitress/chef served... served 5-6 people who came in after us and forgot about our order. I had to ask her twice about our breakfast. They misplacedthe ticket- which clearly was not the case?she was irritated I asked her twice for our food. The chef lady was rude and had nocustomer service skills. We asked them to cancel the order after waiting over an hour, 30 min. They offered to ?pack? up thebreakfast after the fact. When we declined, the chef blonde lady yelled at us and said we should have come planned for moretime. Very unprofessional, very rude. The owner of the restaurant should know the poor service provided. We literally waitedover 1.5 hours for our breakfast with only 6 people in the restaurant. Read more
