I love Firehouse subs. The New York Steamer is the best sub I've ever had. The problem I have is that I usually go to one in... Roseville and my sandwich is always perfect but when I'm at home I tend to order from the Natomas location for delivery becauseI have too many kids and it's hard to get down there. Everytime I order for delivery, there always seems to be an issue. TonightI ordered my usual sandwich and literally had one slice of each meat on the sandwich. I ate a medium sandwich and it was mostlybread. I'm getting frustrated because this location does the typical thing and sends you garbage because they think you won'tsay anything because you are not there in person. I ordered a beef and cheddar brisket LG. Was like a super sized beef and cheddar from Arbys.
Great sandwiches but if your in a rush, order ahead or on the app because it takes a long time for them to make your sandwich.... Especially if it?s a busy time. I ordered on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 and took about 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and there wasonly one customer ahead of me. Read more
