I had the bistro steak ???? sandwich, my hubby had the 1/2 pound burger. Both med well and both were so good. Cooked to... perfection. Even took the time to grill the bun. You can tell the chef really cares about details. Also had the jalapeño andartichoke dip. It was ooey gooey Good! So cheesy, it was right on point. The food was amazing and honestly some of the best fries I?ve had in a very long time. The egg sandwich was made just to order... and not sloppy. Perfect late-night grub. Location is walking distance to sutter downtown hospital. One of the few restaurants that actually stays open late and keeps... kitchen open till listed business hours! That?s very rare these days where other restaurants refuse seating/orders 30-45 minsbefore listed closing time. I came to Ink 3 times over 2 days since I was staying in the area & wanted to try few differentthings on the menu. Each time I went, the staff was different people but yet everyone was super nice and friendly. Verywelcoming and helpful staff! Great job! Food is amazing. I wasn?t disappointed by a single item I ordered. I also ordered fewthings to-go for family and they were impressed. Although I saw this place on google and driving by so many times over theyears, I never stopped by assuming it?s probably ?bar food? but that is not the case. Highly recommend to give it a shot. They only have a couple vegan options items, but they are very accommodating. I had tacos they made them with vegan Impossible... non-meat, mushrooms, asparagus and Guacamole.
