Matcha Maiko has all things matcha. We ordered their parfait specialty which contains matcha ice cream, matcha chiffon, corn... flakes, red bean, and shiratama mochi. The matcha flavors was very strong, which is great for matcha lovers, but I wouldpersonally opt for the ice cream swirled with their vanilla to balance out the bitterness of the Matcha. This place has the most delicious shaved green tea ice ever. I love their softserve. Their strawberry matcha latte was S tier... too. The soft serve isn't too milky, strong matcha flavor. The kuromitsu boba aka black honey boba is amazing, great taste and texture. What we love is that theyhave monthly flavors. They do tend to stay in the realm of Asian flavors, and in general it?s not so sweet.
