I had the best experience today at Panera Bread! There was a manager there that I have never seen before and he was fantastic!... Onion soup and the Turkey chili were tasty. Tuna and the Chipotle Turkey Sandwich were tasty too. Warm and crunchy bread ,soft... in the middle from the panini grill . Read more

We ordered using the kiosk for a to-go order of one salad and one sandwich. We waited over 45 minutes for our order to be ready.... And then after we left, I realized they didn't give me any salad dressing for the salad. My husband tried to talk to the managerabout the long wait and he said "we are just busy" with no apology. We also heard them quoting customers it was only 20 minutesto wait. Also, I didn't want to give them my email address, so I have no receipt as recourse to complain to corporate.
