Ordered online for 7pm pickup. I was driving from work and at 640pm recieved a text my food was ready (way too early, cold soggy... pizza?!) When I arrived i told the casheir a couple of times that I paid for 3 ranch sides, They weren't ready with my order,and she still only gave me two. The soda I chose online wasn't available in store and I got a different room temp 2 literinstead of a cold one. Upon opening the box to check my pizza (gut feeling) I found it was made wrong, FIVE of SIX toppings weremissing. The cashier called over a guy from the back that said it was the online order services fault and offered to remake mypizza, just had to wait 15 more minutes. I agreed, told them my exact order, he wrote it down. and i waited. after 10 minutes hegot on a phone call and my pizza was pulled from the oven and the cashier finished it off WRONG with a drizzle on the wholepizza, which I requested twice to be on half only. it was written down. I was too tired and annoyed to have them redo it againso I left with my order. The whole ordeal was a mess, and while the pizza was being remade my farlic bread got soggy and thedissatisfaction from dinner was real. Read more
They take to long to answer the phone. I've had to call a couple times before someone would answer. That's the only flaw I have... for this location. Other than that pizza and wings are pretty good and they aren't shy about giving extra plates either!!! Read more
First gluten free pizza I ordered it came delivered burnt to a absolute crisp. The cheese was so hard it was like Jerky. Wa a... given store credit. Second time ordered food, both me and the other person got horrible horrible food poisoning. 60$ worth offood we had to throw out. Forget this place. It?s trash. Read more
Made a web order and scheduled for a future time. My order was ready to go by the time I got there. Since my order amount... exceeded a certain amount, I got a 2-liter soda with it. (You can get a pint of ice cream instead of the soda). The guys werefriendly as always and my pizza and wings were delicious. Read more
