The chicken is good. But the spicy chicken sandwich is bomb. With the Cajun ranch sauce to dip in.
Kinda chaotic inside. Were out of fries, 1/2 their sodas, the drive through was cash only . But spicy chicken sandwich was real... good. Will go back. Read more
The young lady with black and blonde hair at the cash register that took my order there today has horrible customer service. As... she knew I was waiting for my order to be taken she made me wait for a few minutes before even taking my order and as she walkedup to her cash register she did not say anything or even greeted me on what I want and just only stood there waiting for me tojust say something. Her attitude and manners are horrible. Almost even made me not want to place my order and on top of that onthe specific items in the $6 box I wanted she didn't let me know about the extra charges for it until I asked why I was gettingcharged for more then that's when she gave me an attitude about it when I didn't even know it was an extra charge for thespecific order I wanted. So their $5 Box is awesome when their app worked. They had quite a problem with their app and hakf the time it wouldn't work and... of course you can't go in and get the $5 Box. I tried. And I'm a big proponent of having people work at registers that speak andunderstand English so there's no communication break down. In this case unfortunately there was and even though I tried to bevery patient It was just impossible to communicate with the cashier, at some point she actually just asked the person behind meto step up trying to bypass me altogether. Just unbelievably poor customer service and that should never happen. Foods great,but management needs to do a better job making sure theres no communication breakdowns at the register.
