I just moved into the University Commons area and this is the closes Starbucks to my front door and the staff are awesome! This... location closes early and is not a drive thru Starbucks, which I prefer because I am disabled with service dog in tow. The onlyreason I did not give this Starbucks a 5 is because they do not have any viable disabled parking or have a way for your dog toaccess the entrance without burning their paws on a hot day. The end result is I would go to this location during their openhours all the time if I could only find a viable place to park when my Pooch is with me (which is most of the time). Too many aggressive pan handlers, still. Property owners should be more concerned after 2 years of this.
I went one time and asked for a peppermint mocha with oat milk and no whip for my son and got a lot of whip cream then today I... ask for a iced coffee with extra half and half I didn't get extra anything and no sweetener. I asked for a kids size plain milkand paid almost $4 for a grande milk. Nobody listens, or cares about details or communication I'm never going to this locationagain it's not an easy one to just turn around and get a replacement. Read more

New Starbucks for me. The barista didn?t know how to charge a refill and asked their supervisor. That?s cool. The supervisor... told them my beverage didn?t qualify. The barista tried to ask the manager who was sitting nearby. The supervisor took over andtried to explain why the hot tea I get regularly at other stores wasn?t eligible for refills. I explained again, and she changedher mind and did it correctly. She didn?t seem happy about it. Minor problem but unusual for Starbucks. Everything else wasgreat as usual. Read more
