Unreliable. Bad customer service. I ordered on the app 8/12 at 9am, I get there, the store is closed. Girl inside ignores me... knocking then finally comes over looking very annoyed says they aren?t open. Obviously. Just tying to let you know the app isstill allowing orders so I probably won?t be the only one. Maybe let corporate know? No ?I?m sorry about that? or ?come backwhen we open and I?ll take care of you? Nothing. And all corporate did was give me a refund and they were rude too. Not the most comfortable location during covid. The line area is very small and unmanaged. They also randomly stopped accepting... mobile orders during my second day at the convention center which made it even harder to get coffee safely. This location willbe nice after the pandemic. Read more
