Daniel was Super Rude, Firstly went through drive thru and got the wrong drink. Went in the lobby and the lady standing there... didn?t even acknowledge me standing at the counter. Daniel steps out and rudely says ?Lobby is closed I can?t help you?. I saidI got a wrong order and if the lobby is closed than why the door is open. I have been standing here for 5 mins the ladystanding at the counter didn?t even say anything. Daniel said it?s only 2 mins and he can?t help just go through the drive thru.I won?t be upset if the employees would have been nicer. looks like customer service is not a Starbucks motto.
