This is a pretty decent diner. The coffee was really good and came with real Creamer and not that plastic single serve stuff. I... ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon. Not the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. It's pretty pricey for what it is. Itwas one egg and two slices of bacon with too much mayo on a brioche bun. However, the omelette is where it's at. Best bang foryour buck. ???? Read more

There's a list you sign your name in right outside the small restaurant and you just hang around and wait for someone to shout... your name out. There was a line outside by 10 AM, so I knew I made the right choice. The host was wonderful! She even took apicture of us and it was crazy busy. We waited for about 15 minutes and just chatted and enjoyed the view. When we were seatedat a booth, our drinks were taken and food placed shortly after. The wait for the food was another 10-15 minutes but golly; itwas fantastic!! I highly recommend this place for breakfast. Come early or bring a snack if you want brunch as there is a highprobability you will have to wait a bit. But totally worth it. Read more

"The Morning Fork" is to breakfast as Napa Valley is to some fine wine. The hype is real about this very popular greasy spoon,... hole-in-the-wall Midtown Sacramento breakfast joint. Having been opened since mid-2019, this is one of Sacramento's top place toenjoy some good old comfort food. It had very big shoes to fill as this was the spot where "The Lucky Cafe" once stood for manyyears. And to those of you that remember, they were also a very delicious spot for a succulent breakfast. So it took me nearly3 years to check this place out. Reason being, work, traveling, then Covid hit and you know how things were so iffy. I finallyhad the honor of dining here during the late-morning of Sunday 5/22/2022 at around 11:55am. The process is simple as you putyour name on the sign-in sheet outside. There was a LOT of people waiting to be seated so its best to prepare yourself for atleast an hour wait. Our party was ready to be seated around 12:45pm which is fine by me since this would be my breakfast + lunch= Sunday brunch! The inside of this place is bigger than it looks with two separate dining rooms as well as a ton of localartwork that flows throughout the restaurant. Just seeing all the art is a treat all in itself. As far as the seatingarrangement goes, they have a very extensive bar area with a large counter. In addition, there are a ton of booth in both diningareas. Every square foot is presented very nicely while the yellow-colored walls give this place a bright, cheerful appearanceto it. As I have been reading a ton of reviews from my Yelp buddies, I finally narrowed down as my breakfast of choice. I wentwith their "Corned Beef Hash" entrée. This was house made corned beef complete with bell peppers, Poblanos, onions, andred-skinned potatoes. I chose my eggs to be cooked over easy. My +1 went with a "Strawberry Waffle" which included salted maplebutter and marshmallow cream. We both settled with iced waters (since we already had coffee) but they do ha Read more

Service is quick and pleasantly cheerful. The morning we went, only one staffer was wearing a mask. Food is uneven, but good.... Seafood omelette was tasty. Biscuits and gravy disappointing with very dry biscuit and very salty gravy. Husband liked his QueenWaffle combo and thought it was fun. Read more

Fantastic! Every place in town offers sweet breakfasts, and this place does too, however they really shined with their savory... and low carb options. The sausage is thick, the bacon is thick, omelettes are stuffed. We will absolutely come back! Read more
