Horrible management lack customer service skills and will not communicate store policy at all or in a professional manner. This... location will not take ownership of their employees/ managers and make things right. They will take your money give you horribleservice and refuse to refund you when you don?t want the food anymore because of their service. YUM - Husband and son tried the chicken sandwiches and they both LOVED them! The fries are always to die for, and you have to... have extra ranch because there is just something about Wingstop ranch that is SO ADDICTIVE! LOL Read more

NEVER EVER AGAIN... This location is literally the worst of the worst.. we walk in order our food . waited for our order for... over 30mins..mind you they weren't busy at all..I walk up to ask how much longer bc the 4 people behind already received theirorder..the lady yelled out Oh I'm starting it now. This is after we were told that it was already being prepared. Only when weagain walked to the register, we were told it'll be another 20 to 30 mins..we then asked for a refund and was told we can'thave our Refund receipt per their policy...and proceeded to argue with me..so asked for a Manager and the woman went ahead aprinted our receipt.. maybe it was a RACIAL thing because we were the only BLACK people in there but idk.. I WILL NEVER EVEREVER GO THERE AGAIN..oh plus they told people that due to them not having any change that they'll have to keep it.. WTF???????? Read more

If I can give ZERO stars I would?I placed a online order today at 12:00pm?the estimated wait for pick up was 16-22 minutes. Once... I arrived to the location I greeted the counter rep and she asked for my name. When I told her who I was and what I ordered,they could not find my order. I spoke to the manger whom said they had no order for me and his response was that ? you must haveordered at a different location? I then showed him my order details which CLEARLY showed my order for this florin road locationbehind KRISPY Kreme donuts. He then stated that since he couldn?t find my order that he can just start a new one but I didn?thave time to wait. When I arrived to pick up my food it was already 12:35 pm CLEARLY over the estimated wait time. I had orderedthe food to bring to my daughters school because she had bring your parent to lunch day and I had to be there in time before12:50 for her lunch. I explained this to the manager and told him I was going to be late and that I cannot wait for them tostart a order that should?ve already been done. I asked for a refund he then stated that it would take 3-5 business days..Iasked for a paper or something from him stating I wanted proof that I never got an order and that?s when he told me that sincethey couldn?t find my order I would have to dispute the charges to my bank. WHY WOULD JOHN (the manager) tell me it would take3-5 business days for a refund then when I asked for proof that the order wasn?t received or picked up he proceed to tell me Ihave to call my bank. I?m so upset because not only did I get charged for food I never got but this whole incident made me lateto my daughters school for her luncheon. I will never return to the location. Worst service ever!!!!! They didn?t wear any gloves and I seen them scratching their hair! They kept my damn change as well and... the girl was like well it?s just ?change? like what?! I work hard for my money! I ordered at 9:00 pm over the phone they said45 minutes so I came at 10:00 and then they said you have to wait for us to make it and season it give us 20 minutes.
