Thoughts from a SUPER PERSNICKITY WINE NERD - Super cute little wine bar in the quaint little town of safety harbor. Several... cruvinet systems so you can try several wines without spending a fortune. A very nice selection - even including Caymus on thetaps. This is a wonderful way to have a flight of mid and higher tier wines. Champs & Bubbles are available by the glass ( butare not on the tap system because of the CO2). Such a great little spot. Wine by the glass or bottle, and you can build your own charcuterie with lots of types of cheese,... meats, dips. And they often have live music on the weekend. If you don't like wine, they also have several types of bottled andcanned beers. Read more
