After waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food inside, fries were cold, coleslaw tasted off, was not given any requested... silverware or sauces. They got 90% of my order wrong, only after screwing up the order of the person in front of us so badly she was holding the line... up for about a half hour. Not all KFCs are bad, and I don't expect much ...but at least TRY to do your job correctly. Read more
I ordered the 3 piece Nashville hot chicken strip combo, With mashed potatoes in place of the French fries and an extra biscuit... and a Pepsi. I got the 3 strips and the Pepsi, everything else was wrong. I guess I should be happy they got half the ordercorrect and count my blessings. The order on the receipt was correct but somewhere down the line it got lost apparently or theycan't follow basic instructions.
