I?m rating this 5 stars because of Wendy the assistant manager. My girlfriend and I went in when they weren?t too busy but it... was obvious her staff was incompetent. One employee even took her gloves off to look at her phone while my sub was being made.Despite the lack of teamwork Wendy went above and beyond and was extremely patient with her staff and was kind to me and mygirlfriend. Girls were super friendly and made the sandwiches just the way I like them.
The lady with red hair was rude and disrespectful. Acted like she didn?t care to take my husbands order. Or just simply didn?t... want to be there. There was hair all in the sandwich. I have never heard of such worst customer service in my life. Read more
