Didn't even get to sit down. Sign says "wait to be seated". So to follow directions and be patient, I stood there with my kiddo... waiting for a table for dinner. It's not like the place was swamped or that we were quiet or not seen. The bartender saw uswaiting, we were passed by additional waitstaff. The hostess apparently thought wrapping silverware was more important. The partthat gets me is: before walking back through the door to leave, the hostess bid us a good night... ??????? Good luck using the"beautifully wrapped" silverware if no one is seated to eat! Read more

Me and my boyfriend’s family come to this location pretty frequently, but I’m just now leaving a review because I just... wanted to share some appreciation for our favorite waitress Colleen. She’s extremely attentive and down to earth, and she’salways working whenever we come in. Anytime we talk about going to Friday’s, we mention hoping we’ll have her as ourwaitress (although we’ve never had a bad waitress here! Colleen just really sticks out to us as she was our waitress the firsttime we came to eat there and she made a very memorable impression), and even mention her waitressing when we go out to eatanywhere else. She is an outstanding worker and from the few short conversations we’ve had with her we know she is just thesweetest and most down-to-earth person. She works so well under pressure that even I can’t imagine. 10/10! Read more

This is your typical big chain restaurant. I had Fish n Chips, but with onion rings instead of fries. The fish was good, the... onion rings hot n crisp. The waitstaff was awesome. My drink never was empty, I would give 5 stars, but my onion rings, whiledelicious, had cooked together and this created doughy spots. Read more

We were excited to stop and have a nice family dinner…but this restaurant isn’t what it used to be. If you’re charging... nearly $18 for chicken Parm with Alfredo sauce. The sauce should be more than just butter. I was pretty disappointed becausebeneath my noodles was just covered in butter that wasn’t even melted. Even if it wasn’t meant to be Alfredo, no one wantsplain butter that isn’t melted beneath noodles. Our waitress was nice, kind and attentive. It did take nearly an hour to getour food, and it just wasn’t a great experience. We likely wouldn’t eat there again. Read more
