The chicken is succulent, it's crispy and it tastes like a chicken that has been well treated. The flavor of the rice isn't too... present it's perfect to make the other flavors of the sushi pop out like a firework ! The ingredients taste fresh even thescallop is good and I'm not a fan of it but it's good at Yuzu.
