Great cheap pizza, fast delivery. We really like the vegetarian pizza (usually bad in other pizzerias)
Keep getting my order wrong and refuse to take responsibility.
So we ordered a pizza today from Med Pizza, one was supposed to be vegetarian, one of the people took a bite out of it and there... was pepperoni in it. That person is a strict vegetarian and we contacted Med Pizza to come pick it up which they did, they tookit back and advised they went through the entire pizza and said just that one slice had the pepperoni. They offered to come dropthat same pizza back which they put their fingers through combing through to ensure there was no more meat in it. Werespectfully declined to take that pizza back, we asked for a new vegetarian or a discount on our next order. Both options fromMed Pizza were declined, their solution was to take this one back or nothing. I would strongly suggest no one to ever order fromthis establishment. Awful customer service!! Read more
