I stayed in a river view room and the room was clean and really liked that there was no carpet. I can point out 2 things to... improve. First, lighting is not as bright as I expected. The hotel can easily replace light bulbs with LED bulbs, butbrighter. Second, bathroom vanity slowly drained water, so I often had to wait until water was fully drained. Very relaxing environment, in a small island and surrounded by the river. Place is very clean and quiet and staff was amazing.... Breakfast was very good too, comfortable beds. If nearby rooms are loud, you can hear a bit of that noise. Other than that, Ireally enjoyed my stay. Read more

This was our first time and we will not be re-visiting. The pools weren't clean and the front desk wasn't engaged at all. We... told them it was our first time and they didn't even give us a tour of their facilities. When we asked, they said to go outsideyou will see. I have 2 stars because the breakfast was decent. No tea but good coffee, good croissant, cheese, boiled eggs, andcereal as well as friendly service but dirty tables... This could've very well been 1 star so you decide. Read more

Unfortunately, the hotel I went to excitedly seeing its nature and visuals was a disappointment for me and my husband. In... addition The room was in the basement. if you do not ask even when you are given the key, it is definitely not reported and youare shocked. It was a terrible experience to see the air conditioner and the building opposite instead of the view in nature. It has to be stated in the hotel system that the room is in the basement. This is a very important issue for a hotel where yougo for the view and nature. Also, you have to eat breakfast in your small dark room, not in a restaurant environment. You cansee this in the note that says when you come to your room! The breakfast you had to eat in the dark room was also a concernabout hygiene with blackened apple slices. 6 slices of blackened apple for 2 people! It was like a boarding school! The place is majestically located. Unfortunately, they seem to multiple problems with the place. The building has not seen... maintenance or care for a long time. Hot baths are warm at best as well as saunas (both wet and dry saunas). There are too fewhot spas (which are not warm enough) and there are multiple signs of low maintenance. It's such an unfortunate thing since theplace is wonderful. I wouldn't recommend it because of this. Read more
